May 24 (Luke finally makes his first appearance!)

Luke Matthew Masyr was born at 12:58AM on Saturday, May 24th.  He weighed 7 lbs. 13 oz. and was 21 inches long.  He is perfect and extremely cute.  He is a blessing from God!

May 17 (Rotary Track Meet)

Samantha cleared the high jump bar by at least 10 inches.

Samantha ran the 800M.  In the picture on the left, Sam in in 3rd place (you cannot see the girl in 1st; she is just outside the picture).  Sam kicked it into another gear and blew the two girls away in the last 75 meters.

You can see her standing on top of the podium getting her first place ribbon.

Samantha had such a great day that she was awarded a trophy as the top performer of the day in her age group.

Way to go Sammy!!

May 4 (Boating at Lake Piru)

We went on Grandpa's boat at Lake Piru.  The kids had a blast!  And yes, Christy went as well.  She thought a "little bouncing" might help Luke come out a bit sooner.
