July 31 (Our baby turns 10!)
A few days before Samantha's birthday, she and Mom went to the American Girl Pace in Los Angeles. The girls had a blast!

July 8 - 16
Evan's sister and her kids came to visit California for a week before they move to the Bahamas (get the guest house ready!!). The kids had a wonderful time together.
We already miss all of you!!!
The ten grandkids had a great time playing together.
Faith sang "Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star" with Aunt Helene and her cousin Natanya.

July 4
Faith got to celebrate her first Independence Day! The kids enjoyed lighting sparklers and other fireworks. When the fireworks show began, Faith enjoyed watching the show in the sky!

June 28 - July 3 (Las Vegas)
We took a few days to get away and went to Las Vegas. It was very hot but we spent most of the time swimming in the pool and riding the waterslides at our hotel. It was great to spend time as a family!
Faith loved riding the little Merry Go Round at the Las Vegas Mini Grand Prix!
It was 108 degrees in Baker, on our way to Vegas.
We enjoyed going through the cactus garden, although our stay was brief due to the heat.
Faith had her first taste of chocolate at the Ethel M. Chocolate Factory. She loved it (Mommy's Girl!!).
The kids enjoyed lounging around the hotel.
Faith was dancing and singing along with the live music in downtown Las Vegas.

We celebrated Evan's birthday a day early at the Rainforest Cafe.
We went to Chinatown in Las Vegas.
